December 2025:  The group celebrated the end of the fall 2025 semester with some pickleball.

March 2025:  The group attended the Spring 2025 (March) American Chemical Society Meeting and presented a poster titled "Expanding the Diversity of Starch Granule Surface Modifications:  Implications for the Development of Novel Soft Materials".
